As you would expect, we take privacy and data protection seriously. 
 

We are dedicated to protecting the confidentiality and privacy of personal data and information entrusted to us, in line with the requirements of the UAE Federal Law No 45 of 2021 and international best practice.  Our privacy policy explains our online information practices and the choices you can make about the collection, use, rectification, portability, or deletion of personal information you submit or we collect through our website dp3r.com. 

By using this website and submitting information to us, you are agreeing to the collecting, use, and the retention of the personal data described in this policy and our cookies policy. 

3. The type of information we collect

You do not need to register in order to use this website.

We collect personal data provided voluntarily by visitors to our website. The type of information provided through the website form or by email may include:

  • email address;

  •  telephone number;

  • I.P. address

We also collect information for statistical purposes. This is used to analyse the website’s stability, security and usability. That information may be used to prepare aggregated reports. Our website uses cookies. You an opt out of Cookies using the banner displayed. 

4. Provision for Professional Services

We may receive personal information in the course of providing professional services – ordinarily when we provide services to private individuals, employers, businesses with personal customers, and public sector clients with constituents. 

Our engagement letter and terms of business govern our relationship with clients, including what we may do with personal data that is provided to us. We will always seek to limit the need for using personal data. Furthermore, we provide many different types of services and its role may not always be visible to the individuals who are data subjects. In instances like these, we would most likely act as a data processor.

  • exercise your rights under this policy and/or the UAE Law No 45 OF 2021.

As data subjects, you have the right to access and rectify personal data we hold. Where possible, we will always try to rectify any inaccurate information.

You do need to register in order to use our website. Where you have provided your personal data through our website, you have the right to data portability. This means that you can request your personal data transferred to any organisation. However, in practice, due to the limited information we collect through our website, it may be more convenient to do that yourself. In saying that, this in no way limits your right under the GDPR to request portability.

8. Erasure

You have the right to have your personal data removed. We will consider all erasure requests on a case by case basis. We will provide confirmation where personal data has been successfully erased. If for any reason we are unable to delete your personal data, we will notify you of our reasons and if necessary, the basis for refusing your request.

We regularly audit our systems and processes to ensure we have appropriate technical and organisational measures in place. We maintain technical, physical, and administrative security measures to protect the security of your personal information against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, or alteration. Some of the safeguards we use are firewalls, data encryption, physical access controls to our data centres and information access authorisation controls. 

Please be aware that the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data which is transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. However, we use HTTPS to try and mitigate that risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to prevent unauthorised access.

 

10. International Transfer

Currently, we do not transfer personal data outside the United Kingdom. If for any reason we transfer personal data, it will be through approved mechanisms or lawful basis.

From time to time, we may update this Privacy Policy. If we make any material changes to how we treat personal data we will notify you by placing a notice on the Site, prior to the change becoming effective. You should check the Site frequently for updates.
